My great grandfather (my maternal grandmother's dad) is Joshua Charles Scott (1895-1963) and his father is Thomas George Scott (1864-1933). Thomas George Scott is a son of William Scott and Mary Elizabeth Scott (born Foreman). I think that makes us distant cousins.
