Our siblings push buttons that cast us in roles we felt sure we had let go of
long ago – the baby, the peacekeeper, the caretaker, the avoider…. It doesn’t
seem to matter how much time has elapsed or how far we’ve traveled.
(~Jane Mersky Leder)
Our brothers and sisters are there with us from the dawn of our personal stories
to the inevitable dusk.

It can be very lonely being an only child sometimes. I wish I’d had brothers and sister to share my life with.
You can have mine.
Thanks! Bit late now!
Those old photos of sibs make me so sad. My sister is ill and I have no idea where my brother is. Oh that;s not true. I sort of know he is probably in Louisiana. Dianne
