🙂 My first teacher told me, sometime in the early 80’s, “Accept all changes” – not easy but it works. Then I read Krishnamurti asking himself once during a talk, “Do you want to know what my secret is? I don’t mind want happens.” very similar… Now there is Jeff Foster with his new book “Deep Acceptance” … so everybody is saying the same thing! 😉 tomas ☼

“I don’t mind what happens” is so simple and yet so profound. There’s really no need for all our contrived complications, is there? Thank you tomas. xxoo
