It is really rare, unfortunately. Also very rare is liking the movie more. Can’t remember when that last happened.

Well, Grandmalin? Aren’t you going to name the one you were thinking of? (of which you were thinking…yes, Mr. Murken…)
I thought the Swedish Stieg Larsson trilogy films were pretty darned good for this.

I hid the name of the movie in the tags. I have no idea why I did that. It was The Book Thief, on Netflix. Really, really enjoyed it, even though there was lots of sad stuff in it.

Oh, yes. That WAS a good film, and quite faithful to the very good (and terrible) book. Thank you!

I agree! And I also think you are pretty wonderful for reading and liking what I post. It means so much to me, even though I have failed dismally in return. I sincerely appreciate it-thank you so much. 🙂

I’m just as bad if not worse for liking everything you write while never commenting to say why. Have admired you since the Trifecta days. You are truly a word pirate, wizard and guru. ♥♥

Yes please, I second OB’s request. I’ve enjoyed other or your recommendations. What’s next on my reading list, Lin?

If you haven’t read The Book Thief, that would be my recommendation. Wonderfully written. And a movie very well done.
