Yes, I know Unicorn Appreciation Day was the 11th, but you cannot rush fat-bottom Unicorn Art. Well, I cant, anyway. And today could be Ukrainian Unicorn Appreciation Day because they like to celebrate things late.
Also, do you know how hard it is to find purple under not very bright artificial light at two o’clock in the morning? I hope for the sake of your sanity you never have to find that out.

Snow is gently falling this morning and if there is any wind at all, it is gentle too.
My Saturday morning house is quiet and the January light reflects off the gently rotating hangy-things dangling across the kitchen window.

I am about to begin session three of my gentle stretching of miscellaneous newly awakened muscles.

Perhaps the title should be “The Good The Bad and The Ugly”. I am practicing drawing faces. I gathered them all up, snapped pictures of my pictures, saved and edited them and turned them all sepia. Because it’s a sepia kind of day. Big fat snowflakes coming down out there.
It’s been an interesting Sunday pursuit and I’m thinking a daily art project might be a good feature here. For days when words fail me. Anyway, if I do 365 of these, just imagine how good I’ll be in the 300’s! I don’t know why everybody’s right eyeball is blurred. Trick of the light, or the artist.
